What’s happening during the opening weekend?
Friday, December 6th
- First lift ride at 9:00 AM: Join us for the very first ride of the season! Expect freshly groomed slopes and happy faces.
- All restaurants open
- Aufguss at Skarsnuten
- Afterski at Skistua
- Advent concert at Lykkja Chapel
- Pray for Snow at Hemsedal Cafe
Saturday, December 7th
- Lifts open at 9:00 AM for skiing
- Morning yoga at Skarsnuten
- All restaurants open
- Sleigh rides with Haugen Farm
- Indoor climbing at Hemsedal Climbing Center
- Dog sledding with Hemsedal Huskies
- Afterski at Skistua, Skarsnuten, and Stavkroa
Sunday, December 8th
- Lifts open at 9:00 AM for skiing
- All restaurants open
- Sleigh rides with Haugen Farm
- Dog sledding

- Lift hours: Daily from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
