Mountain Ski Tour with HeimVegen

Join a ski tour in the Hemsedal mountains with a local outdoor guide who lives in the area and knows the terrain well. You will experience the powerful, beautiful and largely untouched mountain landscape on skis. The tour focuses on comfort and safety in the mountains, with attention to safe route choices, snow awareness and basic avalanche assessment. You will also learn about the local mountain environment and culture, including plant and wildlife.

Duration: Approx. 5 hours – half-day tours of approx. 3 hours are also available on request.
Price: NOK 550 per person. Minimum 3, maximum 7 participants.

Additional information: Please note that participants must be able to ski for around 5 hours with a daypack in varied terrain and should preferably be familiar with mountain travel. The tour is weather dependent.

Wilderness Ski Tour for Beginners

Join a ski tour in the wilderness of Hemsedal with an experienced local outdoor guide who lives in the area and knows it well. This tour offers an introduction to the local mountain environment and culture, outdoor safety, snow and avalanche awareness, plant and wildlife, local traditions and history, and possibly lighting a campfire.

Time: Saturdays or by arrangement. Please get in touch.
Duration: Approx. 5 hours – half-day tours of approx. 3 hours are also available on request.
Price: NOK 550 per person. Minimum 3, maximum 7 participants.

Meditation on a Mountain Ski Tour / Ski Gong

Experience meditation while skiing in the Hemsedal mountains with a local outdoor and meditation guide. You will be guided through basic breathing techniques, relaxed focus and calm, balanced movement patterns on skis, designed to enhance the feeling of being connected with the powerful, beautiful and untouched mountain landscape.
