Dreaming of a magical sleigh ride in the winter mountains? Join Haugen Gård for a cozy journey through snow-covered landscapes, with the majestic Skogshorn and Tisleifjorden as your backdrop.
Experience the magic of winter at Lykkja with a horse-drawn sleigh ride at Haugen Gård! Wrapped up in warm blankets, let the flickering torches and the jingle of bells set the mood as the sleigh takes you through beautiful, snowy surroundings. The approximately 30-minute ride offers stunning views of mountains and fjords, ending back at the farm with a steaming cup of mulled wine by the fire.
Practical information:
- Price: 1800 NOK per sleigh (up to 5 people). For small groups of up to 2 people, we can sometimes offer a shared sleigh for 1000 NOK – please contact us to book.
- Location: Haugen Gård, Lykkjagutu 28, about 35 minutes from Hemsedal center.
- Time: See the booking schedule for available times.
- Meeting point: 10 minutes before departure.
- Duration: 20-30 minutes sleigh ride, followed by a warm drink by the fire.
- Transport: Available for an additional fee. Transport departs 35 minutes before the activity, and we will contact you to arrange the pickup location.
- Season: Available daily from November to April. Check the booking schedule or contact us for other dates and times.
Remember to bring warm clothing and sturdy shoes – we’ll provide blankets and a magical experience!
