Taste Festival for Friends, Family, and All Who Love Good Flavors!

We invite you to a culinary journey celebrating both local and international tastes. From the Norwegian steel tanks in Grimstad to the French oak barrels in Burgundy, and not least, local flavors of curing and cheese-making, this evening will be a feast for the palate.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to explore a variety of exciting flavors. Moestuegruppen, Vingruppen, Norwegian Beverage Group, and Solera will all be presenting the finest drops in your glass, and local food producers will let you taste their delicacies.

The Taste Festival takes place from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. After the festival, you can continue the evening with a delightful 3-course dinner at Lynx Restaurant at Skarsnuten Hotel.

Menu at Lynx:

Pumpkin Gnocchi served with mushroom consommé, wheat grains, Brussels sprouts, and pickled mushrooms.

Lamb tenderloin served with oven-baked parsnip, savoy cabbage, beetroot, and rosemary jus.

Local cheeses served with pear jam and flatbread.

Horeca Industry from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM – free entry.

Private Individuals from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM – NOK 295,- entry to the fair with access to taste everything.

3-course dinner at 8:00 PM – NOK 790,- entry to the fair and dinner.

NOK 999,- entry, dinner, and wine package.

The DJ will ensure a great atmosphere from 8:00 PM onwards.

A bus will be available at midnight from the hotel to downtown.

Feel free to bring your whole family to the Taste Festival this Friday. We have two movie screenings for both the little ones and the slightly older ones.
