Høyt & Lavt Hemsedal climbing park is open – with challenges among the treetops and high above the River Hemsila.

Make your way through courses of varying difficulty, fly across the river on a zipline or test your nerve with a Quickjump from the 12.5-metre climbing tower. Choose your level depending on how high you want to go – and how much you want to challenge yourself.

At the climbing park, you'll find:

Practical information

The reception is located in the centre of Hemsedal, downstairs at Hemsedal Café. From here, it's just a short walk across the bridge to Bruøyne, where you'll find the practice course and the start of the climbing park.
