Experience the magic with Alpacas at Dalo Fjellgård

Join us for a unique adventure where you’ll get up close and personal with our majestic alpacas! On this hike, you’ll be responsible for your very own alpaca, creating memories you’ll cherish forever.

What to Expect?

• Meet the herd: We start with a friendly introduction to get to know the alpacas. After that, we’ll help you put on their halters and get them ready for the hike.
• Walking with Alpacas: The hike takes you through fields, trails, and meadows, covering about 1 km. The terrain is easy and suitable for all ages. Children can be carried in a baby carrier, but unfortunately, strollers are not allowed.
• Breaks and photos: We take our time to stop for breaks and photos so you can capture the special moments with your new, fluffy friend.
• Thank you treats: After the hike, you’ll have the chance to give the alpacas treats and some extra cuddles as a “thank you” for the wonderful experience together.

Practical Information:

• Age limit: No age limit to participate, but you must be at least 11 years old to walk with your own alpaca.
• Duration: Approximately 1-1.5 hours.
• Clothing: Dress for the weather! We recommend layering with wool and insulating clothing. Don’t forget gloves, a hat, a neck warmer (especially in fall, winter, and spring), and sturdy hiking shoes.
• Campfire Fun: Want to grill after the hike? Bring your own food, and we’ll light the campfire and set out blankets once we return. Please let us know when booking.

Prices:

• With your own alpaca: 395 NOK per person.
• Without an alpaca: 195 NOK per person.
• Campfire after the hike: 50 NOK per person.
