Are you ready for a day full of high speed, deep turns and big energy?
Hemsedal Up N' Down is back – and the 2026 edition brings fast-paced action, team spirit and that legendary Hemsedal vibe!
How it works:
Teams of 1–3 people
Choose from men’s, women’s, mixed, junior or chill class
Ride alpine, snowboard or telemark
In the competition classes, the average team time counts – top 3 teams share the prize pot 💰
In the chill class, it’s all about good vibes, not timing
Epic prize draws!
All participants are entered into draws for awesome prizes worth several thousand NOK – you don’t need to win the race to win big!
Are you up for the challenge?
All skill levels are welcome, but make sure you’re fit enough for 10 km in a tuck position. The course is fast, steep and seriously fun!
