At Valle’s Kids’ Area, you’ll find child-friendly lifts, music, a snowmobile taxi and Valle’s own ski show – everything designed to make skiing pure fun.
Here, children learn to ski with laughter and confidence, side by side with other little mountain adventurers.

Activities beyond skiing

When little legs need a break from the slopes, there’s still plenty of fun to be had:

  • Dog sledding – children aged 0–2 go free, sitting on an adult’s lap.

  • Snowshoeing – suitable for kids from around 9–10 years old.

Or pop by Skarsnuten Hotel, where you can watch classic films in the hotel’s own cinema – popcorn, blankets and alpine vibes included.

Feeling active? Try theindoor climbing centre, located right next to the kids’ area in the ski resort.

Many of Hemsedal’s hotels and lodges also have playrooms and gaming zones – perfect for a calm evening after a day in the snow.
