Hemsedal Up N' Down is Scandinavia’s most thrilling ski race, and you can join in on the fun. The event kicks off on Saturday, March 9th, where you can participate solo or with friends. The race covers all the peaks of Hemsedal Ski Resort and finishes at Skistua.

Hemsedal Up N' Down is a team competition where you can participate in groups of 1-3 people in the women's, men's, or mixed categories, as well as in the junior and fun classes. You choose whether you want to participate on alpine skis, snowboard, or telemark. The average time of all team members will be the final time, and the top three fastest teams in each category will win and share the prize pool.
In the Fun Class, you can participate alone or with one or two friends, and here, time and placement don't matter – the focus is all on having a good time. In addition, there will be several amazing raffle prizes worth thousands of kroner, where all participants have an equal chance to win.
This is an event suitable for most skill levels, but remember, you are responsible for being in good enough shape to participate.
