Welcome to a weekend of strength, community and true mountain pulse in Hemsedal.
Valhalla Ruleset
This Is how Odin would like it.
1. Takedowns receive double points ✌️✌️.
2. Guard puling or sitting to guard receives minus 2 points
You can pull guard if you want, but you need more than a sweep to win and avoiding a takedown is not an advantage.
3. Illegal takedowns or positions - jumping to closed guard, scissor takedowns, slamming. Remember we are just playing weekend sport and the hospital is an hour away. 🤕
6. Good sportsmanship, fair play and respect for judges decision are qualifying rules.
7. The matches will otherwise follow general IBJJF rules.
Stay
