Vy express bus VY170 from Oslo to Hemsedal
The bus goes from Oslo to Oslo Airport - Gol - Hemsedal, and to Sogndal and Florø. This bus has a daily departure, late in the evening, year round.
The bus runs every day all year round. The buses are modern and comfortable buses and has good seats, toilet, wifi and air conditioning.
Note that if you travel from Oslo, there is a 30 min. stop at Gol before you arrive in Hemsedal. Jorney time approx 4 hours. In the winter time however, there are extra departures, also known as the Hemsedal Express, that doesn't have the extra stop in Gol as thye bus has its end stop in Hemsedal. Journey time approx 3,5 hours.

Train from Oslo / Bergen + shuttle bus
From Oslo Central Station, you can take the train to Gol Station, and from there, the bus only takes half an hour to reach Hemsedal. Shuttle buses are available for selected train departures at Gol Station. Check departure times and book your entire journey on vy.no/en or in the Vy-app.
