On 27 June, the summer season officially kicks off in Hemsedal. The summer lift at Skistar Hemsedal opens for the season — and that means Hemsedal Rides is back too.
Hemsedal Rides opens for the season
Flow trails, speed, berms and fresh mountain air await both first-time riders and seasoned bikers. Take the Lodge Express up, pick your line down and spend the day doing exactly what summer in Hemsedal is all about: progression, fun and maximum time outdoors. Read more about Hemsedal Rides.
On the same day, Høyt & Lavt Hemsedal also opens for the season. Located right in the centre of Hemsedal, the climbing park offers zip lines, obstacles and challenges high up in the trees — perfect for little daredevils and grown-ups with a competitive streak. The rental shop is located below Hemsedal Cafe, where you pick up your harness before crossing the bridge and launching yourself into the zip line adventure.
This marks the start of the summer season in Hemsedal. Biking, climbing and long days in the mountains are finally back.
