Informasjon om instruktørene:
Jessica Winderl
Jessica is an American yoga instructor (E-RYT500), pilates instructor, author, and Ayurveda Yoga Therapist based in Hemsedal, Norway. In addition to leading workshops internationally and teaching at yoga festivals in the US and Europe, she is also the founder of the Atman Yoga School, which is Norway’s largest independent vinyasa yoga teacher training school. Jessica is known for her creative and unique vinyasa sequences, and her ability to make ancient yoga philosophy and ayurveda accessible and relevant to the modern yogi. Her first book on ayurveda and holistic living, Holistisk Livsstil, launched in May 2023.
Jessica recently co-founded Zest Studio, a boutique yoga and pilates studio in the heart of Oslo. She is also the host of the One Sacred Pause Podcast, and co-host of the Well + Balanced Podcast. Learn more at: www.jessicawinderl.com and www.atmanyogaschool.com.
Tracy Heldal
Tracy is a Canadian full-time vinyasa, yin, pre and post natal, restorative, yoga nidra, and pilates teacher (YACEP, E-RYT200 + RYT 500) based in Oslo, Norway. She currently teaches public studio classes, course, privates, corporates and events. Her approach balances challenging and energizing practices with inward-focused, breath-based mindfulness. Tracy specialises in high intensity, low impact functional movement that works! Her classes focus more on self-inquiry, end-range engagement, and developing strength, flexibility, and holistic health rather than just making specific shapes with one’s body. Tracy fundamentally believes that yoga and pilates are for everyone and every body; her goal is to make exercise addictive, fun, accessible, and welcoming to all.
