Destination Hemsedal is proud to announce that this winter we are offering a drop-in wedding on one of our majestic peaks. This makes us the first ski destination in Norway that gives you the opportunity to get married while skiing. In collaboration with Hemsedal church and SkiStar Hemsedal, you will be able to exchange vows at the top of the Tinden lift on 13 April 2024.

Hemsedal is known for its fantastic skiing conditions and spectacular views. And now you can add an extraordinary experience to your wedding day by saying "I do" on one of Norway's most iconic mountain peaks. With the ski in and married out concept, you can experience an unforgettable ceremony and then glide down the slopes as newlyweds.
The Norwegian Church in Hemsedal is proud to host this special event. Our fit Vicar Camilla Osnes will be ready on the mountaintop to consecrate and make the moment truly unique. All you need to do in advance is to apply for a marriage certificate and hand it in to the Church Office in Hemsedal no later than 22 March 2024.
