Here there are both long stretches, steep slopes and intervals. You adjust the load on the bike yourself.
Strong and flexible: 60 min (Tuesday 16.30- 17.30 Trøimshallen)
Strength and mobility. The class has lower intensity, with a focus on exercises that challenge balance and core muscles, at the same time as mobility / flexibility and strengthening of the large muscles are common. You choose how hard you want to train based on your own strength and daily form. All exercises are performed mainly with your own body weight as resistance. The goal of the training is both to become stronger and get a softer and more supple body.
Strength and high pulse: 75 min (Wednesday 16.30- 17.45 Trøimshallen)

Spinning and strength: 75 min (Thursday 18.30- 19.45 Klubbhuset)
Combination with spinning and strength. The first part is spinning approx. 30-35 minutes, then strength training. You adjust the load on the bike, as well as the weights and intensity of the strength training.
Spinning: 60 min (Friday 16.30 - 17.30 Klubbhuset)
