Mediterranean flavours in the heart of Hemsedal Ski Resort

At 8 Glass, mountain life meets the flavours of Southern Europe. The restaurant is located in the heart of Hemsedal Ski Resort, between the climbing centre and Stavkroa, right at the bottom of the children’s ski area.

The menu features pizza, pasta, tapas and grilled dishes inspired by Italy, Spain, the South of France and Greece. Drop by in your ski gear for a well-deserved break from the slopes, gather your friends for dinner after a day on the mountain, or dress up and make an evening of it.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming – ski boots or something a little smarter, both work just fine.

Opening hours winter 2026/27

8 Glass opens for the winter season on 4 December.

Wednesday–Thursday: 15:00–21:00
Friday–Saturday: 13:00–22:00
Sunday: 13:00–21:00
Monday–Tuesday: Closed

Special opening hours apply during holidays and peak periods.

Travelling with a larger group? 8 Glass welcomes groups of 20 people or more outside regular opening hours. Get in touch for group dinners, company events and private celebrations.
