The long-awaited warmth of the Mediterranean has arrived in the mountains.
8 Glass has now opened its doors in the heart of Hemsedal Ski Centre – a cosy restaurant and bar serving sun-soaked flavours from Southern Europe, with panoramic views of snow-covered peaks.
Delicious lunch and dinner dishes inspired by Italy, Spain and Greece are served here. Perfect for a break on the slopes or a relaxed evening with après-ski vibes.
Here, freshly baked pizza and crisp baklava meet the Norwegian mountains through our eight large windows. Enjoy pizza or other Mediterranean dishes for lunch, or round off the evening with Mediterranean cocktails, pasta and a lively atmosphere.
