Hemsedal has got two new trails, they are called Broadway and Highline and start at the top of the Hollvin Ekspress chairlift. These trails have fantastic views and take you out into the mountains. The round trip is 2 km long and is divided between a wide multi-use path and a winding blue cycle trail. The whole family can enjoy themselves here and you can even push a pram or ride a balance bike out to the viewpoint at Sollaustbekken. Here, a wooden bridge has been built and a gapahuk where you can enjoy the packed lunch.
The blue path Highline starts at Utsikten and slowly winds its way up the mountain towards Totten and after Solaustbekken before it turns back down with some funny challenges along the trail back to the start.
The path is a great compliment to the Silverstone blue flow path and to next summer's big news, the red/blue flow path that descends towards the city centre.
