Hemsedal Sporthotell will be a modern apartment hotel with a very central location in the middle of Hemsedal city center, where after a day full of activities you will appreciate the urban location with easy access to a number of shops and restaurants. You can enjoy the fresh mountain air from the hotel's sunny terrace, or hang out by the the fireplace in the lounge with a hot cup from the coffee bar. There will also be possibility of arranging meetings and conferences here.

The garage facility is built for active days in the mountains with good clearance, even for large cars with ski boxes. If you drive an electric car, you can take advantage of the good charging options available to residents at Hemsedal Sporthotell. If you want to arrive at Hemsedal Sporthotell without a car, the hotel is planning the possibility that you can rent an electric car on site.

The hotel will consist of a total of 57 studio apartments, of which 25 are for sale. The hotel concept is based on the studio apartments being sectioned and sold with a leaseback agreement. The section owner then has the exclusive right to use the studio apartment and can also use other facilities at the hotel. The studio apartments that are not in use by the section owner at any time are used in the hotel operation. Section owner receives 40% of the hotel's room rate on rental, paid on a monthly basis.
