Folk Rock at Fauskolåven

Fausko Gjestegard welcomes you to Fauskolåven for an evening of live music, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere!

On 29 July, Pumpegris and Lausonga take the stage, offering a unique musical experience.

Inspired by Norwegian folk music, West African music, shoegaze, and the singer-songwriter tradition, Pumpegris creates distinctive indie pop that playfully blends the old with the new, the humorous with the heartfelt.

Lausonga is made up of siblings Iris and Hans Mikkel, who sing in the Trøndersk dialect and accompany themselves on string instruments.

Raised in a musical home on Frosta, they have developed a distinctive sound through raw poetry, original harmonies, and a shared musical language.

Pop and post-rock meet indie folk in an exploration between two musicians whose voices blend beautifully while maintaining their individual character.

The concert starts at 19:00, with doors opening at 18:30.

Fausko Gjestegard offers a bar as well as delicious dishes featuring free-range pork and vegetables from the farm's own fields.

The menu is based on locally sourced ingredients and the authentic flavours of the region.
