Welcome to a calming and nourishing yoga class where you can slow down, reconnect with your body and release tension — both physically and mentally.
Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative style of yoga where the poses are held for longer periods of time, often between 3–5 minutes. This allows the body to soften deeply and helps release tension in the connective tissue, especially around the hips, back and shoulders.
The class has a slow pace with a focus on breath, presence and relaxation, making it perfect for anyone who:
- feels stressed or overstimulated
- experiences stiffness and tension in the body
- wants more calm and balance in everyday life
- needs a break from screens, work and a busy schedule
- wants to gently increase mobility and flexibility
Many people experience Yin Yoga as a form of active rest — an opportunity to calm the nervous system and create more space in both body and mind.
You do not need to be flexible or have previous yoga experience to join. The class is suitable for all levels, and we use props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body and make the poses comfortable.
