Yoga Hemsedal - a selection of classes every week

We offer a large selection of different classes throughout each week, in addition to times for self practice. See our schedule for details or read about the different classes below.

Please book your spot prior to attending and remember to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins.

Besides our regular schedule, we also frequently host visiting teachers and speakers.

We also offer Yoga on Demand where you can book a private class for yourself or with friends/family/colleagues, either at our studio, outside or at your home/cabin, and we will tailor the event to your preferences.
