This is a trip that will take you on to experience different exciting things. The gravel road will take you to see older farms, beautiful scenery and the river running alongside the road of this trip.
Relatively easy trip on a gravel- and tractor road. You will pass old farms by Mørekvam and in the valley to Kljåstølatn. Because of the rough tractor road it is not recommended to use a trailer. If you area member of DNT and purchased the key, you can spend the night in the cabin by the end of the route. The Top20 peak Buaknuppen starts close to the cabin if you wish to spend the next day on a hike.
Small lakes are within close distance, aswell as small rivers which makes it possible to alternatively bring a fishing rod and try your luck. Be aware that the rivers water level may vary.
This relatively easy trip take you to experience Hemsedals great nature and scenery.
Author's advice
Take your time to take in all the beautiful eyecathes that there is to experience on this trip. If you have the chance, bring your fishing rod and try a few throws!
Equipment
It is a strong recommendation to use a bicycle helmet, aswell as a waterbottle on a warm day :)

Directions
From the town centre you drive/ride west towards Tuv, take a right towards Grøndalen and follow the gravel road to Tubba/Feten where the described route starts. Alternatively park by Mørekvam for a shorter trip (approx. 10 km return).
Parking
Parking is available at Tubba, or if you wish to make the trip even shorter there is parking available by Mørkekvam.
