Description
A long and beautiful ride on a historic route. Along the Old King Road you will find 4 information signs on history, the stone age, nature etc. The trip from Bjøberg will continuously give you a downhill ride, aswell as on the way back you will be faced with an uphills climb from Tuv to Bjøberg. If you decide to park at Tuv and cycle up to Bjøberg, you will then have the climb at the start of your trip, and the downhill ride back to Tuv.
Most of the trip is on gravel road but have some sections on a rough tractor road or wide path, so using a trailer will be difficult on these sections. If you are not using an E-bike or are looking for an easier/shorter trip you can start by Bjøberg, park and lock your bikes in Tuv and take the bus back to your car (see vy.com for departures).
You can also start the trip at Tuv, and take the trip up to Bjøberg, then back to Tuv.
