Linear route
Grøndalsløypa from Tuv, via Brekkeføssmølla and Fagersetveien to Bjørnebergstølen (end of Fagersetveien), via Sletta and the Golf Course, further up Helgeseth and back on the east side (north) to the cabin area at Muren.
Nice path from Tuv along the Hemsila, further on a slightly tricky path towards Brekkeføssmølla and up to Fagersetveien, which is a nice gravel road around Fagersetvatnet. Decent path further from Fagersetveien (suitable for e-bikes with full suspension). Some rough stones occasionally, grass surface, but mostly a bit hilly - three steep climbs before Sletta (here you can optionally bike the trail over all the mountain farms at Sletta, but it’s best to bike down at the first cabin). Then further on gravel road and then a cozy trail towards the Golf Course (alternatively follow the gravel road out towards Grøndalsvegen). From the start of the golf course, it goes a bit steep uphill twice in a hilly area / gravel pit with coarse stones, to stay outside the golf course. But then you have to bike down a steep path (the marking follows another trail, which unfortunately ends after a while), which ends at the edge of the golf course, before you cross the bridge at the golf course and out onto Grøndalsvegen (alternatively turn left and ride towards Grøndalen communal barn before cycling out towards Grøndalsvegen). Then the route goes up at Solheisen (on asphalt road), as an alternative you can take the gravel road that goes up towards Harahorn, then down again towards Helgeseth on the summer road (gravel road). Ride about 100 m on the asphalt road before turning left over the mountain pasture to Wøllo. Follow a nice grass trail through the forest (may require some grass cutting and landowner agreement), all the way to the cabin area at Muren, before it goes downhill on gravel road towards Grøndalsvegen.
