Dalløypa - Cycling trip from the town centre to Tuv and return through Hulbak
Nice roundtrip in the valley, with the center of Hemsedal as the starting point. Varied terrain with both well built gravel roads as well as simpler rocky forest roads.

Author's advice
This route could be combined with a walk to beautiful Rjukandefossen, where you can admire the powerful waterfall and/or have a swim downstream of it.
Turn-by-turn directions
From the town centre, cross the river Hemsila over the bridge by Peppes and the pharmacy. Keep right after the bridge. Follow the cycle path to Skiheisvegen. Turn right down towards Mølla and immediately left onto Holdeskarsvegen. After a short ditance, the pedestrian and cycle path to Tuv goes out to the right. This follows the river upwards. At the end of the road there is a bridge over the river and you cycle through the housing estate to Tuv. At Tuv, take Hustadvegen until you reach the gravel road "Old Kings Road". Around the highest point is the start of the gravel road up to the Top20 peak Høllekølten. So if you want, you can take a detour up there and enjoy the view before rolling down again to Hulbakvegen, which you follow down to the main road Rv52 and follow the pedestrian and cycle path back to the centre.
