When injustice becomes the norm, the camera becomes a weapon.
Since childhood, Palestinian activist Basel Adra has documented the destruction of his hometown Masafer Yatta by Israeli forces. Homes are demolished, families are displaced, and the land is handed over to settlers – a systematic policy that leaves people with an impossible choice: stay under inhumane conditions, or leave everything behind.
Together with Israeli investigative journalist Yuval, Basel brings these stories to light. Over several years, an Israeli-Palestinian film collective followed the daily realities of life under occupation, capturing the events leading up to the dramatic developments in autumn 2023.
