Our dedicated farm team here at Huso Lodge & Farm in Hemsedal, Norway have been working hard all spring and summer to bring a clean and bountiful harvest to bear.

No synthetic inputs. No chemicals. Just good old fashioned hard work and an embrace of nature's ways.
And our chefs have been hard at work transforming same-day harvests into exquisite and elegant meals for the many farm-to-table weddings and retreats we have been fortunate to host this year.
