What is the story and the driving force?
Beate Hugin has extensive experience from the hotel, tourism and real estate industries, with a strong focus on sales, relationship building and destination development. She has held key sales positions with companies such as Strawberry, several Norwegian ski destinations, real estate companies and startups within leisure property.
Alongside her professional career, she has spent most of her free time exploring the Norwegian mountains – either on foot in hiking boots or on skis. This combination of industry expertise and a genuine passion for the outdoors gave her the confidence to start her own company.
Through years of being introduced to destinations, both large and small, from a more “behind-the-scenes” perspective, she has built a strong local network and a deep understanding of how local communities work, think and dream.
