Something strange is happening in the sea outside Småköping. Even though the sun is shining, huge waves roll into the harbour. Boats are thrown ashore – and even the pirates end up stuck in the top of a tree.
At the same time, Little Hop feels completely alone. No one likes the sound of his violin, and the laughter from the others makes it worse. When he walks down to the shore to be by himself, something incredible happens: the sea begins to bubble, and something enormous rises from the deep.
Bamse and the Secret of the Sea is a warm and exciting adventure about friendship, courage and finding your own strength.
