A nice hiking trail that runs through forest terrain.

Nice forest path starting from Hemsedal Bygdatun in Ulsåk.
Author's advice
Visit Hemsedal Bygdatun and see what a farmyard in Hemsedal looked like in the 17th-18th centuries. When Bygdatunet is open you can have a guided tour around the premises and hear what life was like back in the days.
You get a great view of the waterfall Hydnefossen in several places and when you are at the top of Stohøvda you see Skogshorn 1728 m above sea level and a great view over the waters of Lykkja.
When you return, you can take a detour to Geiteberget (Top 20) 834 m.a.s.l.
