Around Helsingvatnet 12 km
Nice route starting at the parking lot at Hestanåni and going as a round trip around Helsingvatnet.
Images
The trail has an easy, flat starting point and goes via Ulsåkstølen, and continues under Skogshorn.
About 2 km after Ulsåkstølen, approximately 5.5 km from the parking lot, you find a cozy rest area with benches and a fire pit. The last part of the trail (after the rest area) passes through forest terrain and somewhat more demanding terrain with several hills.

Is the dog with you? Remember that the dog should not bother others. During the Christmas, winter, and Easter holidays there is a leash requirement on all machine-prepared trails in Hemsedal. At the ski arenas at Gravset and Totteskogen, as well as in valley and forest trails from Gravset east to Feten and Lio west, there is a leash requirement all season. Thank you for cleaning up after your dog.
Author's advice
If you find hills scary, you can walk the trail back and forth on the Skogshorn side past Ulsåkstølen.
