From approx week 8 the beautiful high mountain trails in Hemsedal are groomed when the weather is stable. This partucular trail into the amzing valley Bulidalen is also often groomed earlier, at least the first part. See grooming status at loyper.net.

You can also continue the trail over the mountain to Bjøberg or start further out in Grøndalen, for example at Soleisen ski center.

Is you dog with you? Remember that your dog should not hinder anyone. There is a leash requirement in all machine groomed trails during Christmas-, winter-, and Easter holidays. Also note that the leash requirement is valid all season on the ski areanas Totteskogen and Gravset, as well as the the valley & forest tracks from Gravset in the east to Feten and Lio in the west. Thank you for cleaning up after your dog.

Directions

From Hemsedal town centre, follow the main road Rv52 westwards. After 5.5 km, at Tuv, turn off towards Grøndalen and follow the road all the way to Tubba/Feten, about 11 km.

Parking just through the toll road at Tubba/Feten. Card payment at the barrier.
