The Story of How Norway Was Formed

On Sunday, 19 July, you can experience the story of how Norway was formed, with the panoramic view from Snertestølen serving as the starting point for a miniature model.

The event includes an introduction and conversation with Rune Waaler, who holds a PhD in outdoor recreation and nature guiding, and who is also a newly established farmer at Snertehaugen Mjølk og Musikk.

Admission is free, and complimentary kokekaffe (traditional Norwegian boiled coffee) will be served to those who would like a cup.

Tip: After the talk on nature and geology, there will also be a writing workshop from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm for anyone who would like to take part.
