Have you tried
fondue at Rambler?

An evening around the pot at Rambler
Warm cheese, hushed conversations and the soft hum of people who are in no hurry. Fondue nights at Rambler are exactly as relaxed as they should be – and exactly what we were hoping for that evening.
There are two choices on the menu, but the feeling is the same: this is food that takes the time it needs.
The cheese fondue served at the table is Mont d’Or. Warm, creamy and presented just as it should be – straight from the box, ready to be shared. We dipped both bread and vegetables, took our time and enjoyed every bite.
The meat fondue follows the same philosophy. Tender meat, well-chosen accompaniments and a pot that draws everyone at the table into the cooking. There’s something special about preparing food together. The pace slows, conversations deepen, and the evening lasts a little longer than planned.
This isn’t a dinner you rush through. Fondue nights at Rambler are a different kind of evening in Hemsedal – a welcome break from après-ski and quick meals. A place to gather your people around the table and simply stay. Because it’s cosy. And because it’s good.
Fondue is served Wednesday to Saturday throughout the season – with occasional extra evenings when the mood feels right.

A small tip, based on experience:
Don’t make other plans this evening. Fondue is best when it’s given time – and when it’s shared.
