Join the spring taste experience at Solstua Hokkaido night skiing with Japanese 8-course dinner on Saturday 25 March

Hokkaido night at Solstua

We start the evening with evening skiing until 19:30 and then move into Solstua where we enjoy an 8-course Japanese dinner - Izakaya - Japanese snacks. The bar is open non-stop dinner starts at 20:00 (Lexus/Toyota shuttle drives you home to the cabin in Grøndalen)

Your izakaya dinner must be booked in advance at Solstua or tel. 45914833 (must be booked for 19 March)

Edamame with chilli, ginger and soy sauce

Spinach with sesame and goma sauce

Chicken yakitori with shichimi pepper

Miso marinated tofu with barley miso salad

scallop sashimi with yuzu ponzu sauce

Chili marinated pork shoulder with black pepper miso sauce

Grilled king crab with shichimi lime butter and grilled lime

Sake with yuzu sorbet
