Quisling's Final Days - Matinee Screening

Five years of occupation end on May 8, 1945. The rebuilding of the nation can begin, but the final chapter must first be written. In a dark cell at Akershus Fortress sits the man who committed the greatest betrayal of all: Vidkun Quisling. Now, he must be held accountable for his actions and the atrocities caused by Nazi ideology. But first, he is to meet chaplain and priest Peder Olsen. Can the priest, himself scarred by the brutality of war, help the man who was on a first-name basis with Hitler find peace for his soul? Is the traitor, with grandiose ideas about himself and his mission, capable of repentance?

Age limit: 12 years
Duration: 2 hours 26 minutes

The matinee is a collaboration between Hemsedal Kino and Hemsedal Frivilligsentral.
