Price 6059,- per person (double room) 6759,- per person (single room)
includes full board and full activity program with yoga and tours

This weekend our menu has changed to a vegan or pescetarian option. Please inform us of any allergies we should be aware of before arrival.

Due to limited number of single/double rooms, for groups of 3 or more - recommend sharing cabins.

Min, 10 participants for event to happen. Sign-up date from now until July 20.

Lunch Wednesday to Saturday noon - 3 pm
Dinner Wednesday to Saturday from 6 pm must be preebooked at booking@harahorn.no

Friday:

Check in from 16:00.

18:30 Vegan/pescetarian dinner

21:00 Evening class - Yin Restorative yoga & Yoga Nidra

Saturday:

07:00-08:00 Detox smoothie and morning yoga

08:30- 09:30 Breakfast

10:00-13:00 Mindful hike with yoga and meditation - 3 hours in total, with lunch break. Packed lunch from Harahorn.

13:30-14:15 After hiking yoga with pranayama - to release stress in the body and balance the mind

14:45-15:00 Cold water bath at Vavatn (for those who wish).

15:15 Back to Harahorn.

15:30-18:30 Own time.

18:30 Vegan/pescetarian dinner

21:00 Yoga Nidra

Sunday:

07:00-08:00 Detox smoothie and morning yoga

08:30-09:30 Breakfast

10:00-12:30 Mindful walking

13:00-14:00 Post-hike yoga and tips on how to incorporate yoga for less stress and more presence in everyday life

*Mindful hiking - Here we focus on being present here and now, through mindfulness, silence, meditation and yoga during the hike - which will give you a whole new experience. Our goal is for you to be more in the moment, enjoy what is here and now and let go of the need to perform.

The program may be weather dependent.

In case of really bad weather on Saturday, we do yoga instead of hiking.

Take it with you:

Comfortable clothes for yoga, hiking shoes and good outdoor clothes, backpack, water bottle, thermos, mat, yoga mat (let us know if you don't own one) and swimsuit.
