Thousands of people around the world have practiced Maria's yoga and those who have never tried yoga before find it wonderful to be able to feel how easy it is to practice yoga, even if they did not believe it before.

Over the course of several years, Maria has planned yoga trips and various yoga concepts at hotels and travel agencies around the world and in Sweden. She founded Aqua Yoga Sweden, is co-founder of Board Yoga Sweden and organizes workshops, events and training throughout Sweden. Maria is constantly exploring new possibilities for ways she can help others achieve their goals and she takes body movements and meditation to different levels. For many years, Maria has also taught yoga, outdoors, all year round regardless of the weather and also shares the concept: The mind's journey of discovery!
